Saia came down today it was exciting.  Spent a good 8 hours together which was nice. Next weekend I think I'm going up there which is nice. I'll have some man time.

It's hard to go long periods without man time.

Also: my dad asked if she was my girlfriend today. Then took us out to an awkward dinner. Nice, but awkward. so, no more saira sleeping in my bed this summer. O, well. I am glad he had a good reaction. He seems to like her. As long as he doesn't call me her girlfriend I'll be a happy boy.

it's in 9 parts but still worth the effort.

the first major snow storm of the season has commenced, and I feel like i'm living in a house in a snow globe. (althoug the snow globe is warmer)

i'm learning i'm yours on the guitar and playing games to pass the time. I'm hoping for a fire tonight, and christmas songs, but I don't think we're that kind of family.

My kids and I will have fires and sing songs by the fire! Because I want to be that kind of dad.


YAY FOR SNOW. I'm definitely going sledding tomorrow.

I needed new shoes. I bought used cowboy boots.
just felt like if I was going to buy shoes might as well spend the same on boots! I'll wear them everyday.

i love days when i wake up happy to be alive. I should be happy to be alive everyday.

I would much rather be trapped in an elevator with Eeyore, because I feel that Tigger would grate on my nerves after about twenty minutes. I love tigger's enthusiasm, but I think that Tigger needs to be free, and  it would be like being trapped with a 4 year old.

Eeyore wins.
